Having had Adam and Gio as my guides thru this was very relaxing. They explained, taught and encouraged me thru my difficult time. I recommend T & TP to anyone going thru rehab.

Adam doesn’t mess around and pushed me so I get to do the activities I love again. Every appointment is progressive with different exercises so I didn’t feel like I was wasting my time unlike previous experiences at physical therapy.

Adams has helped me thru some serious back issues. Definitely takes a non traditional approach for my pt. At first I was skeptical, but after the first visit I knew I came to the right place.
