This place is in serious need of efficiency. I waited 4 hours to do a 15 minute physical exam for a new jobnI wish my job would have sent me anywhere because this was a waste of a daynIf it weren’t for my own patience and ability to communicate I doubt this experience would have gone as smoothlynThe front desk communicated with me as little as possible , I had to ask several times why exactly it was taking so long and each time it was something differentnThese are the answers I gotn- we’re understaffedn-they’re working on a workers comp , you’ll be next (which I definitely was not next)n-your company sent an epassport and we’re not used to doing thosenThe fact that my company sent my information electronically should not have impeded them processingnIn fact it should have made it easier , the incompetence at this place was honestly unbearablenPlease train your employees in their customer service and communicationnAnd it took your nurse way too long to find a vein for the blood draw pretty horrible visit all around

I was a walk in and they originally told me my wait could be 3 hours but I needed to get my physical and a TB test for a job. They called me back pretty quick and all the girls that worked there were really friendly and professional.

I went to Concentra for a new job physical. I arrived in the am and was advisednit would be a 2.5 hour wait.she said it’s better if you have an appointment. She checked for annappointment and luckily there was one at 3 pm that same day so I booked it. I came back at 2:43,nearly for my appointment. I filled out necessary paperwork and waited, and waited until 4:30 whennI was finally called back. If I had known the appointment would not be on time, I would’ve waitednin the am. Also, filling out the paperwork on my iPhone was unsuccessful and I had to do the wholenthing over on paper. Very frustrating.

My first time in for my FIT test I was told my wait would be an hour. Because of COVID, there was no seating inside so I was waiting outside in the heat. One hour in, I was told it would be another hour. I couldn’t wait that much longer so I agreed to come back another day. When I filled out my paperwork for my FIT test I was told I would need a physical but it was not explained to me why I would need this additional service. I made an appointment for another day. When I returned for my appointment at 2 pm and I was kept waiting for 2 hours. I wasn’t seen until 4 pm and then my appointment took an additional hour. There were additional services required of me that I was not told I was going to need in advance.
