Incredible brokerage. All of the agents are fantastic, their marketing is top of the line and they are so amazing with their clients. The owner, Brett Combs, is so knowledgable about North County San Diego, especially Del Mar. He makes finding, buying and selling a home easy. Highly recommend.

I have never worked with a buyer's agent that is as exceptional as Brett Combs of Pacific Shore Platinum. He is definitely in the top 1 percent of agents. He has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market, is always responsive to a buyer's needs, and has superb negotiating skills. I can honestly say that I would not be living in the house I am living in if it had not been for the professionalism, skill, and expertise of Brett Combs. With him, everything (from finding the house, to negotiating the price, to working with escrow agents, to doing the inspection, etc.) goes extremely smoothly.

Brett Combs was the consummate professional. I interviewed a number of agents for the sale of my house and chose Brett because my sense was he was the most honest and straightforward of the agents I met. He is also a master of marketing - look at the quality of the photos and videos he posts and dedicated website he puts up for homes. His videos aren't just a montage of sweeping photos with cheesy music - they're real videos. He has represented many, many sellers or buyers in Del Mar and all over North County Coastal San Diego. It was important to me to use a broker who really knew Del Mar, and Brett ticks all the boxes. He isn't the typical talkaholic salesman. He doesn't waste your time shovelling baloney - he tells it to you straight up, but he is very tactful. He valuation advice is honest and based on a deep understanding of the local market. He doesn't trash talk other brokers (like so many do). He prefers to show his mettle with actions rather than words. I'm a NYer by background and therefore I tended to get a bit hyper and stressed during the sales process. Brett's unflappable nature and cool head calmed me when I was bugging out. He successfully sold my home in five weeks for a price I was happy with in a difficult market. Frankly, I wouldn't use anyone else the next time the need arises.
