Rob and Mike are Amazing! Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We love visiting the store and always know we will be well taken care of! Tim works the Rio Rancho store and we couldn’t ask for a better staff! Rob even helped us when our tank exploded, and took care of our fish and coral at the RR store with Tim until we could get a new tank up and running! Rob even helped us with getting the warranty on our old tank! Amazing people! Wouldn’t take my money anywhere else! They always go above and beyond!

Rob and team are an amazing resource for livestock, dry goods, and anything else reef-related. If he doesn't have it on hand, Rob will order whatever you need. Excellent selection of healthy and lively animals, fish, eels, crabs, snails, corals, always something new. Been coming here for a long time, highly recommended.

Every time walk in SW Reef, Rob, Mike and Co. will always greet my by my first name. The very first day walked into the store, my intent was to find some fresh water options. However, Rob brought me to the light of the beauty and commitment of having a reef tank. Hooked is an understatement! They personally came to my home and set up my tank an provided personalized care and training every step of the way. Rather if by person, or phone, their staff has always been available to answer my questions and provide tips when my parameters were not quite adding up. Currently, during the COVID-19 precautions, Rob has remained open for his customers and his staff despite personal health risks. I commend SW Reef for their offering excellent customer service and I plan to continue to give them my business.
