I went in to the store to just browse sole nice sunglasses with my mom this afternoon. I was greeted and welcomed in by Nicholas, who was such a knowledgeable and sweet salesperson. He frequently checked up on us, and introduced us to similar products as we were trying on a few pairs. With his help, and a bit of his “sweet talking”, I decided to purchase two pairs of sunglasses. One pair of Gucci for $505, and second pair of Burberry for $275 but received 30% off for purchasing a second pair.nnTrouble came when we were picking out the cases. My mom liked the velvety hard cases from gucci, and we simply asked if we could take two of the Gucci cases instead of the Burberry ones. The Assistant Manager, Tracy, heard us, and told Nicholas “make sure you give them the right ones”. We were literally 6 feet away from her, and her being the AM, she could have explained to us her store policy but she treated is as if she did not want to speak directly to us. Nicholas, seemingly not wanting to disrespect us, kindly explained that each sunglasses come only with one matching case, and suggested that he order us an extra case if necessary. This is completely understandable, so we accepted his explanation and went on to finish the transaction. But this first encounter with Tracy started to put bad taste in my mouth. I felt disrespected as she spoke indirectly to us like that, and since then, she started to shadow us.nnWhile Nicholas was ringing us up, Tracy constantly came over, and disturbed us, telling Nicholas to clean up and do other tasks once he is done with us. It just felt like she was hovering around us to make sure we don’t ask Nicholas for anything else. We were standing and waiting for process to complete, yet she came 2 feet away from my mom and started spraying things and sanitizing is the table next to her.nThen, she kept talking to Nicholas, saying that she still has one more sale to do before her shift is over. Her attitude toward guests were absolutely horrible. Posture is everything, and she just roamed about, seeking her potential “one more sale of the day” customer with her hands in her pocket. And for her to say things like that in front of a guest seems very unprofessional. And, we were still being helped by Nicholas! Where is the respect for a guest who is making a purchase right now?nnWe were already plenty offended at this point, and I nearly exploded when she glared at us as if to rush us out of the store and didn’t even say thank you or bye. She was busy telling the other guests in line to come in!nnThose people may be her potential last customer to fill in her needed sales number, but I was already her customer leaving after having spent nearly spent $800 at the store already.nnIf it hadn’t been for Nicholas who spent nearly 30minutes to help us,I really would have gone back to the store for a refund. They have exact same sunglasses at other stores, and I would much rather spend my money and be happy, not be treated like some bum wanting free sunglass cases. This honestly is the worst feeling after having spent $800 on some luxurious goods.nnTracy, the Assistant Manager of this branch was seriously ruined my day, and I am still trying to decide if I want to keep these sunglasses. I don’t have the confidence that I will get to truly enjoy these products with such bad customer service experience.

the sunglass head is really nice it has a lot of selection of cool sunglasses that you can only find at sunglass hut the only downside is that the cost of the sunglasses or the premium of the sunglasses is insane most of the sunglasses in there or over $200 the markup is crazy it would be a lot better if the sunglasses for more reasonably priced I think that's $500 for a pair of sunglasses is nut but to each their own great selection cool sunglasses.

Went here looking for a new pair of Raybans or Oakley’s. Selection was good, but the staff member Carter was great. Even though the store was packed with customers, he took the time to find multiple options for me that matched my style, and educate me on the product specifications and how to take care of the sunglasses. At first glance i had considered just leaving and buying some glasses online, but because of his help i bought a great pair of Raybans. Thanks Carter!
