It was the Baskin Robins I visited here at Prime Square and I won't be returning at all. Two visits in a row the same person behind the counter was closing early. Once in summer and we couldn't even get anything. The second was in the fall and I was allowed to get a scoop without any toppings because she already cleaned them. This wasn't at or even near the posted closing time. I'm talking hours before the closing time. Poor customer service.
