After 2 night stay i noticed a $250 charge on my credit card. I called Mon, Tues, Thur, & Fri. Not once did anyone return my call. When I finally talk to a supervisor he said there was missing top sheet & 2 towels. My children & I did not take top sheet or towels nor have we never taken or stole anything in our lives. My children & I never even slept under there sheets, we brought our own blankets & pillows. The supervisor offered to give me 1/2 my money back, till this day I have not received a dime in return.
Beautiful brand new hotel in great Marysville location. My original hotel was not able to accommodate my 1 night stay so they booked me at the La Quinta. Frustrated and tired I made it to the hotel and was instantly impressed with the recently opened hotel. Still under some minor construction, the hotel staff openly greeted me and was able to get me a room for the night. The room was amazing, great modern upgraded look, king size bed with mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
As I have explained in the review post, this is a great place to stay and is centrally located. Staff is efficient and polite. Grounds are secure and there is plenty of parking. A must stay for our return visits.
Brand new resort close to a a mall and restaurants right next to the freeway. Also a in door pool that's actually open! You can reserve the pool for yourself and friends and family certain times during they day. The lobby down stairs is like a giant Iiving room. They staff is super sweet and nice.
