I signed my son up for one of the recreational camps for spring 2020 ,shortly after this the centers shutdown for covid-19. I contacted the city for a refund and explained the CC that I used to purchase the activity is no longer active due to be lost . I asked for a check to sent and was told this would happen within 60 days instead they credited my account out of the assumption i would be resiging up for their camps during after the shutdown. I have now been waiting 3.5 months and going into the 4th month and have not had any response since the beginning of June about my refund. This is unacceptable and unprofessional,.nI caution anyone doing bussiness with the city of chula vista to follow through when the city is not following through with fair bussiness practices.
