Not as much inventory as a mall store... was surprised . Still a nice store and found what I wanted. Thank you.
Very nice selection of Jackets, although the pants leave much to be desired for.
The cashier, I think she said her name was Ziggy, was amazing, something went wrong with the register, and she talked with us while the manager came over, she was great even though she said she was having a bad day. The manager, however, was extremely rude to the cashier. Other than that manager it was really good customer service
All of the staff was very kind and helpful. The store was kept up, clean and organized. I had fun shopping in this Forever 21.
The store looks better than I've ever seen it and I love the new staff!
