Went in to look around, no greeting from the 2 people behind the counter without customer, but as soon as a couple comes in the older lady ask and talked to them. I just left was gonna get a set of birthstone set earrings with necklace. Not coming back here

Every salesperson we have encountered has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The jewelry is simply gorgeous and of the highest quality. My wife broke her ring and needed to get it repaired. We called around a bit and eventually found the closest Kay to us. We dropped by and the staff was amazing. They were informative, reassuring and even took the time to show her some of their newest pieces, after all...you take the spouse to a jewelry store, you aren't going to get to leave without at least looking.nnThat said, I would highly recommend them both for repair and new pieces. They did an amazing job and are definitely on my short short list of preferred jewelry stores....after all, our anniversary is coming.

Had my watch battery replaced here and size readjustment. Everything went perfectly staff are really chill and get things done quick
