Mark spent about an hour showing me various pieces of jewelry, remaining helpful and cheerful throughout. I don't get here often, but always get good treatment. Five stars! And the jewelry isn't bad either. ud83dude01

Perfect place for us to get our rings. They were super patient with us, knowledgeable, and personable. Libby gave us the best/maximum deals she could, Angela was also great in helping us out. I just picked up my ring after getting it resized (they got it done 4 days earlier than expected!) And the ladies there today were friendly. My experience at this Zales location has been great, will continue to go back.

i have gone to this location for nearly 6 years. I have altogether had a fairly positive experience. The staffing changes made as of late are insane. All of the people who greeted you with a smile are gone. The older woman that works here has zero skill in customer service and multitasking. When someone walks through the door, taking the single moment to say, someone will be with you as quickly as possible is a BARE MINIMUM. Do better.

Close over an hour earlier than what’s posted on their door and earlier they said they would online, came back next day and they were closed for inventory during business hours?? I drove almost across the state to get there for 24 hours and they can’t even do inventory at night or let any customers in to shop? I’ve never seen a business run like this.
