People here are rude. The fees charged high because of the perks and supposed help you receive, but in the end they are of no help. They get aggressive when one asks a simple question. Do not come here period. No attention to customer service at all. 400 dollars isnt a small fee either. H&R Block never again!

She literally saved my bacon. Another tax service had hung onto my tax paperwork for three MONTHS before dropping me as a client and insulting me for their upload server being faulty. I was left a few days before taxes were due with nothing. I called and walked in here and Maria Fernandez-Robles took care of everything. I'm so greatful !

Olga, she has been my tax preparer for years and will continue to be for as long as she works taxesnnI love that anywhere I go I can pre load my docs, talk to her and then pay online, and done, nothing quirky or any issues, always straight forward service

the person who helped me was extremely helpful and tripled checked everything, was very careful patient ad caring. i think her name was marcela, i dont remember clearly but she had glasses and i think she should be recognized for her hardwork.

I never been to a place that have the worst customer service and a unprofessional business to do taxes.
