Rancho Physical Therapy

I had a lot of complications with my shoulder and back that went on for almost the entire year. I'm so thankful I found this place and was able to learn about my body and what I need to do to help my pain. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

I asked my physician to refer me to them because I was there in 2018. At that time everything was good. This time NOT GOOD AT ALL. First issue: I was told by RPT that my insurance did not covered me. They were wrong. However I had to be on the phone for about an hour with my insurance to make RPT realized that they were mistaken. This was not my job, it was the provider job to proper find out that I was covered specially being a previous patient and knowing in advance that no changes were made on my insurance. The bad thing is that this happen after I already have an appoint scheduled for the same day!!! Further when I rescheduled the appointment I was given 11,30 AM and asked me to arrive 11 AM which I did to fill out some paper work I was told. As I said I was a returning customer and I explained them that nothing changed on my end thus it was not necessary to take 30 minutes of my time to fill 4 pages!!. After been there for 40 minutes the front desk lady told me that the therapist was 15 minutes behind. However while I was there I saw then chatting and hanging out. So brief this out: they asked me to come early and they want me to stay because they were behind. I left. When I was leaving they tried to change my mind and I said: you won't tell me how to handle my time. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME FIND SOME OTHER PLACE IN WHERE THEY WILL RESPECT YOU. It looks like I am not the only one pointing this out. They are going to loose lots of business for sure!

I had the pleasure of working with Meghan, and she nailed my symptoms right on. With the exercises she gave me I was able to alleviate my pain. She helped me to understand pain too. A shout out to the staff for being excellent-Marlene, Rachel especially. Thank you for everything.

Based on my first six meeting with Michael, my therapist here at Rancho Physical, I am pleased with the result. He treated me with not just the knowledge that he has but also with his heart. The goal is to get rid of the pain in my ankle that's so annoying that has been with me for months. I had been referred to another therapy place and after awhile it reached to a stagnant result. I was frustrated and didn't know what to expect in the future besides getting a shot from a podiatrist to ease the pain. After Michael was working on it attentively, patiently, details oriented with the whole team professional mannerism involved ... never thought that the pain would be relieved to a new level, much lower level. So ... thank you Michael from the bottom of my heart. Bless you and your team. I hope to see you again soon ......
