This is our third time staying here. We love the cleanliness and comfort of the home and that it is nicely furnished and well stocked with everything we need for family meals. Love sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. Perfect place for our family.

We just returned from a fabulous week in Carlsbad and staying at Kelley’s beautiful home. I don’t even know where to begin. We (Grandma, Grandpa, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons 4 and 6) had a blast . The house was perfect for our family and provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. From the bottle of wine greeting, fully stocked cooking items, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, beach tote, bikes, I could go on and on made our stay feel like home. It was a perfect home base to visit Legoland, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Wave Water Park, Torrey Pines State Park, La Jolla, hanging out at the beach, exploring Carlsbad Village. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We visited Tip Top Meat Mkt and Top Choice Fish Market and cooked out on the gas grill. The location is awesome! So funny to sit on the porch every evening and have people stop and ask about the home. I think they were a little envious of the view! I was a little concerned about who would be staying above us and having 2 busy little boys, but the couple was very sweet and I enjoyed visiting with them.nWe celebrated my 60th birthday with dinner at 264 Fresco and went to The Coyote for dinner and music one night.nI can’t wait to return and I highly recommend this rental. Kelley, thank you so much for sharing your home. We’re back in Dallas with 100 degree temps and hating every minute!

Our family of four recently returned from staying in Carlsbad, CA. at this lovely comfortable apartment. Beautiful views. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea. Kelly and Ryan the owners were very helpful, we would stay there again if visiting Carlsbad.nSmith family.
