SCAM!!!! This company is horrible!!!!!!!! By far one of the biggest scams I’ve had in my life!!!!!! Signed up as they promised to help me and my husband with our wedding in Hawaii which never happened as I could not get in contact with anyone!! Gave them thousands of dollars to only use once!! I travel with Marriott friends and family as it is way less!! They show you prices at their introductory and you will never get those prices once you are a member!!! The lady Mayra in billing is extremely rude she yelled and would not allow me to speak with anyone else to help simply told me only one that can question her is her mother smh what type of customer service is that!!! I’m paid in 3,864 out of 4,800! What a waste!!!!! Do not sign up!!!!

Rip off artists, double charged me on my booking and then I called immediately after they told me they would refund me my 198$ within 60 days, no refund it’s been over 60 days due to COVID . They decided to refund me with points, and not even the full amount are you kidding me ?! They also tend to call you almost everyday to renew your membership, so pushy. Their prices are maybe 5-10$ cheaper at the most than other places that are free! I have contacted them more than once now about my refund and have yet to hear back from anyone...I’d like my money back and I do not plan to renew with you guys so please do me a favor and lose my number after I get my refund.

Hello,nnI have been a member for slightly over a year. I am sure I will get a response saying, that I have used the service and that I was pleased. I encourage you to read the BBB response so that you can get a better understanding of my situation.nnYou pay roughly $5K or $6K, to get about about $1 to $10 Less than Expedia. The savings appear high, but when you compare pricing you will see that it is very comparable. You also have an annual renewal fee of $150.nnTwo big complaints, hotels listed available prior to the pandemic were listed and you are unable to book them for the same price... I called and they said it must had just been booked, but nope it was the same response on 85% of the hotels in Europe only the more expensive or not as great deals would go through. I am sure this may be different now until the tourism starts to pick up.nnI have made several reservations, yes, and have used them; I might as well if they don’t let you cancel your contract and you have already paid $3K right? The reservations that I was able to make are fine, but during the pandemic I was promised two night refund totaled at $224 from the $1351 that was not returned. This was during the pandemic and the hotel had agreed to return two out of the seven nights. However, then they said that they couldn’t.nnI give two stars because, if you like Expedia it works similar to it and very similar pricing. Expedia may have more options though. However, only two stars because it is not worth anything more than the annual fee. Not $6K, $4K, $2K or $1K.nnSome people are courteous and some people appear to not care, but that is like any company. Some of the responses that I read from the “reputation management,” seem condescending and passive aggressive. I hope this helps others make a decision that beat feeds there needs.nnThanks!

We've had our membership for 3 years now and still love it! Website is easy to use. My only wish would be for more deals/sales.

DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM OF A CLUB!nWe went to their presentation in where they tell you that they want you to travel for cheap. And you have to pay $1,500 at least before you can start using your account. They also tell you that you have 3 days to cancel by writing. I called, emailed, faxed non of the contacts for this company work. And forget about the deals of theme parks and restaurants they give you. All of them are FAKE. This company is a scam. DO NOT JOIN. I have reported this company. They will not be seeing a dime from me.
