Took my boy Freddie for a teeth cleaning. The staff and nurse were very kind. They thoroughly explained the pre-op and post-op instructions. I even got a follow-up call the next day because they were checking in on Freddie to see how he was doing. Definitely a positive experience ud83dude42
They treat my dog as if she were their own. They're patient and get on her level when she's defensive. Sometimes they'll take her in the back for a quick test or something, and I'll hear the staff fawning over her and talking her through a procedure. I know she's in good hands with Dr D and Dr Feigner, and their wellness plans are affordable and comprehensive. I tell all my friends and family to take their fur babies to Banfield Solana Beach
I had a very poor experience at this Office. I felt like the interest was more in pushing treatments and extras to increase their bottom line and less about the dogs.nMy dog came in just to have her left ear checked and walked out with a $200 plus bill and medication that was not only not helpful, but resulted in an allergic reaction.nThe vet was hurried and again seem to be more into the dollar production than the dog.nWill not return.
Dr Di and the whole staff at Banfield Solana were amazing to work with. Thanks for taking care of our pup!
