Worst interaction with dogs! These people have no idea how to approach dogs! They hide out in a tiny room the approach the dog like it's a killer then they close all doors of this tiny room without warning! Even I felt scared with these 3 large women with no smiles on their faces towering over me and my dog. Their approach is sneak attack...worst kind of approach for scared dogs. Of course my dog freaked! You set up the dogs to freak! How about greeting a dog, how about greeting the customer with a smile? Worst customer service , worst dog service! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG! I only gave a star because Google doesn't allow 0 stars. Completely appalled!
I appreciate the vaccination clinic as an alternative to making an appointment at the vet, but do not appreciate the negative feeling I walked away with after dealing with the customer service representative that checked us in today. I know up-selling is part of the job, but please don’t make your customers feel like they don’t know the first thing about their pet in an effort to get them to spend more money. Reflecting on the price per vaccination, it was the same rate as going to our regular vet.
