I can’t say enough about the compassion and thoughtfulness Dr. Kovac showed my family and our beloved kitty of 18 years when we were forced to put Jade to sleep. I was nervous to bring my cat in to be treated for his flea infestation because he is shy and nervous with strangers. Due to Covid 19, the Drake Center was offering curbside service only, which meant I had to wait in the car while an attendant picked him up in his carrier and brought him inside. I am happy to report that the visit exceeded my expectations by far. Kitty was brought back to me happy and is recovering rapidly. Staff kept me fully updated during the exam and explained the treatment details carefully when the appointment was over. They were very caring and professional.
After moving to San Diego with a few pets, we researched our vet options in North County,nand asked our friends for recommendations. 8 years later, we could not be happier with their service and staff. All of their veterinarians are amazing, staff takes special care of their clients and patients. Super impressed with their service even in this new environment of COVID19. They make us feel safe and continue to take outstanding care of our new puppy. We highly recommend the Drake Center.
This is our third vet and we had such a great experience at the Drake Center! I know that it can be challenging during COVID, but the tech made sure that all of our concerns were being relayed to the vet and the vet called us and discussed everything in detail. Very professional and would definitely recommend!
Our dog is incredibly sketchy and unpredictable, and does not do well at vets. The doc and staff at Drake are amazingly kind, compassionate and patient. Thank you so much!!!
