Amazing! Dedicated! Professional! We have used Seabluffe to sell a home and purchase three different t homes over the last few years. Nicole is so amazing and makes the entire process stress free. She understands the market and gives good advise and gets us what we needed. We trust her completely in our real estate needs.nSeabluffe also handles property management for a condo we rent out. We have had some interesting moments with tenants, HOA, broken pipes, etc. They make all the issues that come with renting out a home very smooth. We don’t have to stress much; Nicole is always on top of it and one step ahead. I don’t know that I could handle all the ups and downs that comes with renting without her! Indispensable!! Very professional and reliable in working with our tenant and HOA. We have been able to get good tenants due to her advise and work.nStrongly recommend!! We are so grateful!

Seabluffe Realty takes great care of the properties they rent out. I had my friend Hazel, visiting from the East Coast last year, rent 1852 Haymarket for her and her family. It's a spacious, modern and sunny place with ocean view everyone enjoyed. Seabluffe Realty is always just a phone call away to answer any questions that might come up. Great customer service. And the Seabluffe gated community is a fabulous and safe place, overall. Great pools, tennis courts and private beach access to beautiful sandy beaches. It's the best place for my family and friends to stay when there's not enough space in our own home for them to stay. #a2ndhomeawayfromhome
