Nice people working there, but it is a corporation out for profit. Our puppy was seen twice in two weeks and given a clean bill of health. A day after the second visit he started having seizures and had distemper. 4K later from other hospital bills we put him to sleep. Banfield still charged us the 350$ cancellation fee for their plan. Lawsuit coming their way. Go to an independent vet instead.

Love the friendly staff. The care we received for our pup is top of the line here with the vet. Highly recommend!
This place is clean and all but be aware when they take you’re dog and tell you it’s only a few minutes, it really won’t be a few minutes. When they took my dog in for her appointment (which was supposed to be a drop off) the nurse guy said “it will only take a few minutes” so we waited out in the car for now and hour and 15 minutes. Not ok to keep us informed.
I want to thank the entire staff that attended my dog and I. From the lady that came out to greet us, and also carried my 40lbs puppy from my car into the hospital, to doctor Marisa McNeil.nVery caring staff here. My dog wasn't treated like an animal, he was treated like family. Thank you staff!
