This is definitely the best service I have ever received. Dr. Farrell was beyond amazing in informing us of everything we needed to know about our pets surgery, his concerns as well as ours. Tina and him made us feel so comfortable leaving our pet in his hands for surgery in the future. If you want amazing, top notch quality service you’ve definitely found the right place. I will come here for anything I ever need regarding my pets for sure. Thank you guys for being truly amazing and making our pets feel right at home and especially us as well!
Dr. Farrell and Tina are the dream team. They worked with our cat Marshall who needed PU surgery. We were out of non-surgical options when we came to them and they were wonderful. Marshall loves Tina more than us. We have had no issues since our surgery in May. I can't thank them enough. They literally saved out cat's life and took the best care of him. Tina looked after Marshall like he was her own cat. Pricing was the best I could find in San Diego. This place is no frills. Just an excellent surgical facility and some of the most wonderful people in the veterinary business. Thank you TINA and DR FARRELL.
As my dog broke her leg that required while I was out of town, I spent days of my vacation frantically dealing with vets trying to pick the right one for us. Finally I came across Tina and immediately felt relief and after that phone call I knew I had found the right place! She was so kind and reassuring that everything would be okay and she was exactly right. We just finished with our 10 week (final) check up and my dog is now good to go.nnDr. Ferrell is so nice and amazing at what he does. I love how he explains every step of the way. One of my very favorite perks was a text feature - I was able to text any time with any questions I had, 10pm asking about medication and they answered. They worked around my busy schedule with appointments and check ins. I could not have asked for any better of service. I recommend everyone to Dr. Ferrell and Tina. You’re animals will be in great hands!
Words cannot express our gratitude To Dr Farrell and Tina for how they took care of our Gracie. She would not have made it without the outstanding care she received. Thank you Dr Farrell for explaining to me what the procedure would be and communicating all the time while Gracie was in surgery and then post op. She is doing fantastic and has a new lease on life. You gave us our baby back. Thank you once again to all.
Took my pug in for a total eat ablation. They took great care of my boy and followed up constantly after I took him home. The staff is incredible and I was able to reach out at anytime of the day. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!
