Amazing staff and pet care!nnI got a referral to do a bone scan here, which is an all day test. They fully explained the procedure and talked me through it and were great about taking lots of time for me.nAnd I have an extremely fearful dog. They were AWESOME with him. Very patient and understanding.nnAnd, after his bone scan, the doctor called me, personally, twice. He needed an ultrasound. The doctor and tech stayed late so my fearful boy wouldn't have to come back the next day. Then, since the tech was busy helping with my insurance forms, the doctor personally brought my dog out, and he sat and talked to me about his bone scan and ultrasound and options.nnI couldn't be happier with their customer service before the appointment and at the office, the doctor's expertise, time, and attention, and the care of the animals there.
The staff here is very friendly and supportive. Free drinks and snacks in the lobby.
