I believe I've actually only been here doing tree work. It seems to be nicely maintained, clean, the clubhouse (where I've gone to use restroom) is always in excellent condition and the maintenance guys we interact with are awesome. Always enjoy working here

I've lived in this park over 7 years now, and I'm overall very happy. The management is helpful and attentive. It's located conveniently between Highway 99 and Mukilteo Speedway, but it doesn't seem like it's between two busy highways, because it's fairly quiet, considering. Space rent is reasonable, especially for this general area. I have had my car broken into once, but have had no other issues at all. Neighbors are very friendly and keep their yards very nice. It's a nice place to live.
Great 55+ community. Looks like residents really care about their surroundings here. It’s a beautiful place! Three exits/entrances, easy to find, beautiful surroundings. What else is there to need?
