Could not wait to get out of town with this virus that had us trapped. When the flag was lifted we could travel our bags were packed and took flight with a heck of a deal and professional service!!! Felt like hitting the lottery probably:)

Horrendous customer service.. partners holiday was cancelled due to COVID-19.. we have been sending them emails every month for 5 months and all we get back is a big standard reply.. many phone calls with them blaming other airlines saying we have to wait for a refund from the other airline ... they won’t do anything .. customer service agent had zero experience ..didn’t care about our refund or turning and awful experience around.. If you want to flush your money down the drain give these guys the funds .. they will do nothing to help... think they couldn’t care about getting our refund SCAMMERS and FRAUDULENT BOOKING agents .. Avoid at all costs
The fare was excellent but I had to call to get my confirmation from them. They didn’t send it to my email so I didn’t know wether my trip was booked. But it all worked out..
