Mill Creek Library - Sno-Isle Libraries

I stopped by the library today for printing needs. My first experience was nice. I emailed the library the document, they were kind and quickly printed for me. I had another document to print so I came back. Yet my second experience was not great. I emailed my document yet the library staff claimed to have not received it. It was a busy day and the gal out front who was assisting was not patient nor kind. I understand we have to deal with things differently bc of the pandemic, it just wasn't a good experience. I stopped at fed ex and emailed them my document, they received and printed it for me. I was in and out in less then five minutes unless my second visit to the library that took a long time outdoors in the cold stormy weather.

I have the utmost respect for sno-isle libraries. That said, frequenting the various libraries of the sno-isle system, Mill Creek is just the worst. Snotty and entitled Karen's and Todd's stride about turning their nose at anyone they think undesirable, oblivious to the fact that from tweakers to octogenarians, they are still more annoying and that their weird elitist superiority is destroying any chance of Mill Creek having small town charm or sense of community.

Absolutely love this library. its a neighborhood library that hosts lots of activities for a wide variety of people. Great selection of books and holding system. Right now during covid they are doing temporary pickups which has tremendously helped keep boredom and stress at bay

I had a great experience getting my kid his first library card today! Everyone working we’re nice and helpful. We will be coming back to this location again. Thank you for being accommodating to children.
