Good employees and they keep the place clean and disinfected. Unfortunately with the pandemic every Store is short in inventory but they do there best to find you an alternative that you like or special order just for you.
Love Van's! The people that work there are super friendly and helpful. Always will feel welcome. Nice atmosphere and good shoe selection.
Manager Jordan is INCREDIBLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She should really learn how to treat people with respect. Please have an attitude adjustment!
Found great shoes. The staff seems a little too eager for the sale which kind of turns me off from wanting to shop. Once the 4th person asked me if I needed any help within the first 5 minutes of entering the store... I was a little annoyed. But, the shoes and products are great and the staff was nice. My advice to management is to limit the number of times a person gets asked, can I help you with something.
