Ordered online weeks ago and never received my order despite being charged immediately. Shipping date kept pushing out with no chance to cancel order, then get a call from a delivery driver that he is at my house but turns out he is in wrong city 200 miles away despite my receipt being correct for shipping address. QLS told me I could expect to receive today and still nothing.
My brother and I live down the street and are here daily. They are great. It’s the neighborhood bodega....great service, good prices, and they always keep the store stocked & clean. Literally 0 problems in years of going
STAY AWAY. Over $100 order never arrived. So far, Quality Liquor isn't doing anything about it.nnI ordered a gift for my brother's birthday. All was good until FedEx notified us that the order had been delivered. It hadn't. The signature made no sense, and when we looked at the camera footage for the delivery time on the order, nobody showed up. This is obviously a FedEx issue right? Ok, but Quality Liquor holds all the cards here as the shipper for chasing down an insurance payment and either re-shipping (via someone else) or giving me a refund. I haven't heard anything back from them after I reported this. This is over $100 lost and there's really nothing I can do about it. Quality Liquor could do something about it, but so far, crickets from them.

Walked into looking for some specific items. No one asked to help me Left as FOX News was blaring on the TV. Will NEVER go back.
