The first time I took my pet in (last month) the vet was absolutely wonderful and took so much time with my pet and his issues. Wish I could remember her name.nI brought my second pet in yesterday for a routine visit, who has never in her life been one bit aggressive and has been very socialized in multiple houses with multiple animals. She is a passive sweet rag doll cat. Because of covid I couldn't be in the room but I guess she was acting like a wild animal, not allowing anyone to touch her and bit a vet tech. I asked if it was procedure to not have gloves on when reaching for an obviously upset and growing cat. They said no...The Vet who was different this time was VERY rude, offered no solutions just asked me to take her home. I felt like I was being judged and shunned.nI asked a different vet tech later after they brought my very frantic cat out if I could get some sedation for next time. Something I feel the VET should have offererd. Hard to tell what actually happened back there since I couldn't be there. My cat was completely fine and happy once back home. I will call and make sure I get the nice vet when and if I return.
Really Nice and really patients towards my 2 Dogs. The veterinarian was Great and the Assistants were Great As well.
Petcoach can’t seem to accommodate their clients anymore. I have 3 dogs and use their services regularly, but they can’t seem to fit me in unless it’s 2 weeks out. One of my pups wounded her paw, it was urgent but non-emergent, and they wouldn’t see her. Learn when to stop accepting new clients because you are just driving out the rest of us. Corporate garbage.
They have great sales, associate's are knowledge and awesome.
I had an awesome experience at the PetCoach animal hospital in San Marcos. The staff is super friendly and helpful and my veterinarian was fantastic. The facility is clean and the rates were reasonable. I will definitely be back!
