I have been working with Nelly for over 8 years. She booked an amazing trip to Italy and Croatia few years back and we just returned from wonderful vacation in Tahiti. Nelly has been a great help in planning our trip to New Zealand andnAustralia. She obtained a better price on a tour itinerary and secured flights at a great value that we could not have done on our own. Nelly was amazing and she helped mmy family in Escondido and my family in Canada book an amazing cruise to the Caribbean . Nelly is the best! We booked several trips and cruises through her agency over the years and, every time, Nelly exceeded our tough (we are seasoned travelers) expectations. Her knowledge of the industry is deep. To a point where she will suggest which cabin on the ship has an advantage over a similar cabin. She truly bends over backwards to accommodate her clients' requests. Recommended highly!
