Please do not use scammy traveler. Absolutely disgusting process. Booked a hotel in August for a trip in November. Only to find out a week before the trip that the hotel is over booked so now we have no hotel. Not sure how they didn’t know that sooner. Really messed up this trip and their customer service people are extremely unhelpful and NEVER have the notes from the previous rep you talked to. Don’t use!
I used to book a lot through this website, but after today i am so deposited, they are chitters, they don't care about the customer. shame on you snazzy....
