From start to finish - this vacation property and its owners/managers are TOP Notch! Missy greeted us promptly at the property. The property was as advertised - even better! Clean, Comfortable and Spacious! The appliances were top grade, the kitchen was very well stocked and the bed/bedding very comfortable! The location could not have been better. Just doors from the beach and a short walk into the village of Carlsbad. We can't wait to come back!! And they were extra kind in helping me retrieve some items I'd left in the unit and mailed them to me. Could NOT ask for more! Gabe & Sherri

We stayed in the renatl from 3-31 to 4-4 and the condo was great. We were contacted on the day of our arrival and allowed to check in a couple hours early which helped us from killling a few hours driving around Carlsbad. My only complaint, thus far, is getting them to return my emails on the return of our refundable deposit. It has been over a month and they still have not responded to any of my emails requesting an update
I've stayed at 2 different properties of theirs and both are sweet! Location, style, amenities - all good, highly recommended!
