Thank you Tasha!! I’ve been suffering with ankle pain and heel pain. I am 60 years old and work 8-10 hours a day on my feet. The pain I was experiencing was exhausting. I’ve always bought what I thought were good shoes. After a lengthy visit to Lucky Feet I walked out with 3 pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. Tasha was informational and knowledgeable. As I tried on various shoes after her foot investigation I was amazed how suddenly I had absolutely no pain. I’ve been wearing my sandals all day today and I am not limping or hobbling around and I am experiencing very little discomfort. I will be taking my wife to lucky feet so she to can look forward to better days and better nights. I suggest to anybody who is experiencing foot, ankle or heel pain to go to lucky feet. I’m glad I did and my body is glad as well.

I wanted to give a shout out to Kelly. She was amazing. As soon as I walked in she made me feel so comfortable. I explained what I was looking for and she took it from there. She let me take as much time as I needed to get the right shoes and explained everything along the way. Kelly is very knowledgeable about the products she sells. My feet haven’t hurt for the last 4 days! I even went back today and bought the sandals she suggested. If you have bad feet, stop by Happy Feet in Rancho Cucamonga and ask for Kelly. Lucky Feet was recommended to my husband due to his Diabetes and neuropathy. It was an eye opener for us both. The knowledge that all these associates have about the foot is amazing. With that knowledge they are able to provide fantastic customer service and select an assortment of shoes from casual to slippers and everything in between. We spent over an hour in the store and left with a pair of sandals and insoles for my husband. Great experience for our first time in the store. Bare in mind this store has high-end shoes and can be pricey. If your visit is due to pain in your feet legs than it’s worth every penny! If you’re the type of person who takes care of themselves and want to stay healthy then this is the place for you. Anything but that try another store but I guarantee you will NOT get the customer service or the knowledge of what shoe best fits your needs. It’s important to take care of your feet, after all they keep you standing!nThank you Lucky Feet see you again.

I would encourage anyone with unique foot issues to go to this store for a pair of sneakers or shoes. They take the time to listen and help discern what type of shoes will be best for you to wear. I spent a lot of time trying to find the pair for me, which I did end up finding. excellent customer service.
