Bad customer service and Doctors. They work for the company not for the employees. If you’re hurt at work and they send you here. Be prepare not to receive nothing. One of their staff member told me that want to want it it was to be out of work then to go to my proper doctor and tell them that I got hurt at home not at work so my doctor won’t let me off from work and I can file disability because they give restrictions unless you broke a bone. And the person who gave him a 5 stars rating works for them. This is bull sh**t. Don’t go here unless you have 2.

If I could give this place a minus, I would. It is not clean, organized or professional. It was not a good experience. Even the X-ray machine broke down. I do NOT recommend

Came in today and was surprised to see no receptionist at the front desk. I waited for about 5 minutes at the desk and then she came out spoke with someone, looked at me and walked away. What a lack of professionalism didn't even ask me what I was here for. Definitely avoid this place if you're here for a drug screening. Employees look like they don't want to be here.
