Normally a good experience shopping at this store. Saturday, however, was very chaotic and stressful due to the number of people who were there panic shopping. I left the store with a major headache. There were way too many people in the store, which contributed to the bad shopping experience. The store employees appeared stressed and some were cranky (don't blame them). These are times when the safety of customers must come first. Less people in the store at one time, please. I don't mind waiting in line a little longer.
Always have a great pickup experience because of Twinkle and the other Sam's Club team. Store recently has reconfigured layout, and it's very nice. Love the new Barcode Fuel App to get gas much more easier. Ontario Sam's Club Rocks!
I was in line at self checkout getting ready to pay for my cart full of items, a gentlemen employee offered me and my elder father help to checkout before we even asked. I was so grateful! He helped especially with the heavy dog food, I was so happy. I rarely come here because it's always so busy, but today I was grateful for the awesome customer service. 9/13/2020
This location is great. Store has a number of items not available at the Chino Hills store. The Choice and Prime meat counter is like a regular butcher store. Love this Sam's Club.
