I have been very pleased. My calls are always returned promptly. Staff has been very courteous and helpful. I’ve been getting a prescription there for 7 months and there’s never been a problem.
I've been there over 20 years they are awesome I like the portal system where you can send messages to your doctor. My doctor is great
I didn't feel like they were too interested in assisting me.
I was told I could get a pap smear and be "established" in 1 appt. Even confirmed it a 2nd time the day before my appt. Got there was told I would have to come back for my pap smear. Next time I had off/they had open was in a month and I have to pay another copay.
