I had to cancel my reservation because of health reasons, so I really don’t have an opinion as to what it was like to check into the hotel or anything like that.nI will say I was having a problem getting my refund because I didn’t have a Zelle account and the credit card I used wouldn’t take the refund because it had been over a year since I made the reservation. So it wasn’t anything Waylo did or didn’t do, as to why I wasn’t getting my refund. The girl who was helping me went above and beyond to find a way for me to get my refund. So I give them a 5 star rating because it’s hard to find customer service like that anymore.

Stayed here twice and had great service each time. I did enjoy one room more than the other (I prefer a single king bed) but I did book last minute the first time so I was thankful they had a room for me at all.nSeriously, front desk, restaurant and support staff otherwise, so kind, patient and helpful. Love the pool and mini gym space and airport shuttle/distance. So close. So great! Thanks team, I appreciate you all!

Hotel is old and worn out. Rooms were small. Beds were rock hard and I mean, ROCK hard. Three tiny sofa-sized pillows on a king bed for two people. Housekeeping service was spotty and done at odd times (4-6 pm) - and one day, NO housekeeping at all. Fresh towels for the bathroom were scarce, even when requesting them. Specialty restaurants were booked very quickly. Bar service was good, only thing that made this review a two star instead of one. Very hard to “Be Happy” at this resort.

Well, they did an outstanding job, booking process was very easy and gave good information to the properties! Bad thing, our whole trip and cruise was the first to get cancelled 9 May buy the federal government, but that being said, I explained to Waylo and produced the proper paperwork showing cancellation, as requested, to get ball rolling. they explained the room was non refundable, they explained they would see what they could do. Expecting the worst, hoping for the best, having the cancellation from Cruise line because of virus, rest is history! They were great for the booking and carried through the same professionalism for the cancellation! Thank You!

We booked the Trump International hotel through Waylo. The reservation was easy and the rate was fantastic. I was booking 4 room for a weekend with friends and there was no way to book multiple rooms on one reservation. Had to go back four times and hope the rate was still available. Also, trying to confirm my reservation, Waylo did not provide the hotels booking ID number. Just the Waylo booking ID. Waylo was not available by phone after hours. We were checking in at 10:00 pm so I wanted to make sure there were no issues as this was my first Waylo booking. I did an online chat and they got me what I needed but it took about 20 minutes to get a response and the info I needed. I would still use them again.
