I use hand sanitizer and mask whenever possible so when the associate didn't even look at me when they ran past to demand I use it that's just rude. Just shop online the in-store service needs retaining

This store is the reason online shopping is popular. The salesman had the personality of a doormat and seemed to not care less whether help was needed or not. The shoes I purchased were great, but at these prices I'd expect a bit of courtesy and help. Will not shop here again.

My husband and I walked in tonight, no one else was in the store shopping and no one even greeted us or talked to us. The two lady associates were talking among themselves and did not even give us a second look. We came in ready to buy ourselves high quality shoes and we ended up walking right out, due to the lack of customer service. Very disappointing, as I am in customer service and was appalled by the money they lost tonight.
