I have used Highland Pharmacy for 13 years since moving into Spruce park. I have seen many changes but I feel like the current staff and ownership is the best in my experience. The staff is always prompt, they take phone requests and I have specifically been helped by Leo and especially Julie. Julie has taken the time to make sure my medications are received and responded to by my pcp and she always follows through. She is committed and caring which is a rarity these days. The whole staff including the owner are welcoming and decent. Thanks for all your hard work.

ONE YEAR LATER UPDATE! I will always go here for many things. They are SO NICE and above and beyond to help with anything they can. I love this place! After too many years of stress from most Walgreens, CVS, Meijer, Kroger, I was happy to find that small town Pharmacy I was accustomed to growing up in Michigan. When you have health problems and lots of scripts to fill, regularly, having a friendly place you can rely on is such a huge stress relief. Which means fewer days worrying if your Pharmacy is going to treat you respectful, honest and understanding. Leo made helped me have a great day by helping transfer a few remaining scripts from the Walgreens I had used here for 10 years. The frustration I have with them gives me anxiety to think about and Leo was more than happy to take care of it and sort everything out. He even called me back to let me know that it was taken care of and when would I like to pick them up. I wish I would have known of this place a long time ago. I even enjoy their waiting area because it doesn't feel like any other pharmacy waiting area. Thank you Highland Pharmacy and the awesome staff! As long as I live in Albuquerque I am going here.

My daughter had an error on her compounded prescription due to a miscommunication from the prescriber's office. Although it was not the pharmacist error, it was quickly corrected. The staff was so understanding and awesome. Thank you Highland pharmacy for your outstanding customer service and care.
