Edmonds Park & Ride

Fairly close to the freeway, a couple blocks from the hospital, and there's plenty of parking. If you're taking an express bus to/from downtown Seattle, this is the best of the park-n-rides. Oh, and good lighting which is important for safety on short winter days.

If the limited morning trips to downtown Seattle work with your schedule, then you will love the available parking and available seats on the bus.

The only activity here is in the morning and the evening for the 871 (UW) and 405 (Seattle). The bus drivers and community transit have their heads up their asses though. There are regularly 2, sometimes 3 buses trying to use this P&R at the same time and the front driver almost NEVER pulls up enough. This creates a very dangerous situation for anyone leaving 213th PL SW in the evenings and regular causes delays in the morning as the large accordion buses block the intersection. Repeated complaints to CT does nothing.
