This is probably the most helpful visitor center I have ever been to. The person at the desk knew what he was talking about and took a lot of time going over hikes, slot canyons and Indian Rock art sites. He kept pulling out maps showing where everything was. I would give him an A++.
We went to ask for ideas on where to hike. They had many pamphlets and information. The employees knew the area well. They gave us several good suggestions for good hikes.
I hope their employer sees this! The two young ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. They knew what they were talking about. Made great suggestions and gave us maps and directed us what to see and do. Keep these employees! Thank you.
we probably should have started at this visitor center when we entered kanab however we did see a lot of sites that we wanted to see and enjoyed the area and definitely want to go back.
Very helpful. Good system of displaying & organized pamphlets.
