Been shopping here the last several weeks. Prices are cheaper than other dealers around and their inventory is well stocked. Angel was also super helpful and was able to order some items for me and had them in store sooner than expected and was willing to give me a heads up on other items that were hard to find these days. Great place overall.
A great experience all around. I made an appointment on-line and they were ready for me on schedule. Mr. Williams could not have been more helpful -- he spent an hour and a half with me, making sure I knew exactly what the coins were worth and why. It was my first time selling coins, and I really appreciate their care and effort in dealing with someone who knew nothing about the process.
I have been there multiple times with mixed customer service. Some employees are great and some are very rude. I get the feeling that the owner/management is rather strict and does not understand how to create a relaxed space for customers. But there is little competition in the area so they continue to get my business.
