I love love WHBM there stores are like a boutique the clothes are beautiful and on trend.. Companies Instagram videos are Awesome!!!
Love the clothes but the alderwood store staff barely greet you and are basically rude. First time in chalked it up to many she is having a bad day. But 2nd time realized ... nope just not customer service based.nnAlmost felt like pretty woman where she thought we didn't rate high enough to acknowledge.nnWas just in the Chicago store and they were amazingly helpful and friendly!
Their was a nice lady there and she was an employee but she was a very sunshine personality politest I met in my experience at alderwood mall
