LOFT

My wife takes me here every time we go to the mall haha. The people that work here are always really helpful. On one occasion, they stayed a few minutes late so that we could finish our purchase without making us feel rushed.

I like the Loft clothes and specially the Lou and Grey line, but recently had my first experience with their online shopping. Items arrived in time but there were a few pieces that didn’t quite work. They advertise a simple return at the store or online but when I went in to this store location, I couldn’t complete a return nor could I get store credit for the amount I paid. Sales representative was rude and short with myself and other customers. There are too many other stores out there with great clothes AND a great return policy. Loft is not one of them. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Nice mall. Nice store. Seemed limited on selection but good sales.

Absolutely love Loft and get a lot of my work and lounge clothes here. Always a good sale. A 4 due to the small store location they're in since apple took over their previous spot. I can hardly get my stroller in and it's so tight/cramped.
