I recently purchased a Rolex Deepsea from this location and was amazed by the level of customer service I received. I can't remember a better experience that I have had at any store and would recommend this location highly. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and very professional. I personally worked with Katy Church who attended to my every need. She followed up with me after my first visit and provided all the information I needed to make my purchase a very positive and comfortable experience. It goes without saying that they have earned my loyalty for my future jewelry and watch needs and I look forward to shopping there in the future. If you're looking for jewelry or watches I can not think of a better place to go.

My wife and I had seen a black diamond band years ago at another Ben Bridge location and I had called recently to see if it was still available. From the start Elizabeth was very helpful when informing us it had been discontinued BUT we have options. She brought up items similar to what we had seen before, along with the ability to custom make the piece or order from the manufacturer. We set an appointment to see what she had available. We arrived to the store and she was very enthusiastic about the piece. The buying process was very streamlined considering all the COVID precautions implemented. We look forward to picking up the ring in about a week and working with her in the future!!

I had a great experience at this location. I needed a special order item on a tight timeline and Rebekah made it happen. She even shipped the item to my home out of state overnight and helped the delivery happen smoothly when UPS was delayed. She went above and beyond answering questions and helping both in the store and via email after hours. Thanks Rebekah!

I visited Ben Bridge for the first time today, I was pleased. I for got about a special event tomorrow for the Wife. So I was seeking jewelry for her. I went across the hall to Helzberg Jewelers and was literally ignored, with NO customers in the store. I observed 3 employees, with one 6 feet from me. I am a in and out person, so I had an idea of what I wanted. I looked around for a few minutes and saw what I wanted. I waited even longer for someone to come or at least acknowledge.....nothing. So I went right across to Ben Bridge. Katy immediately acknowledged us, professionally asked what I had in mind. I told her and they didn’t have it. But because of her suggestions and insight. I found something that the Wife doesn’t have purchased those pieces. KATY Thank You-for not judging a man with four kids. Because they’ve given me gift input for their Mother since birth. I will definitely be back!

I wanted to leave a review for the Ben Bridge at the alderwood mall and specifically Lana. She is absolutely amazing and I recommend all my friends and family to her. I will never shop anywhere else. She has helped me with so many decisions and is extremely knowledgeable about everything they carry. She lets me know about new events or jewelry/watches that may be coming in to see if I have any interest and I couldn’t be happier with the follow through she provides! She is by far the best sales rep and a great person all around to have working for Ben Bridge! Thank you again Lana and BB you’ll have my business forever!
