We made an appointment for the piercing because of Covid but they had plenty of time slots available. Robbie was running a little bit behind schedule but we just walked around to look at earrings until he was ready for my daughter. It was busy with people trying to come in and he was doing a good job of making sure they were at store capacity based on Covid guidelines for the size of the store. He was juggling a lot at once but did it with a smile on his face and worked very efficiently. My daughter was really scared to get her ears pierced but he made it a simple and safe process. He will be a great district manager one day!

Would give them no stars. My daughter just got her nose pierced and couldn't keep mask above her nose they said we couldn't shop there them. I am a manager in retail and I know the rules

The guy in the store who checked us out was very nice but I'm giving this a 1⭐ because of their return/exchange policy. When I got home the bath stuff/bunny drinking cup we bought turned out to broken inside. They said they won't exchange it bc they can't be sure it was broken before we left the store. There's no way it broke on the inside before we opened it up when we got home. I won't buy anything from here again sadly because apparently corporate doesn't care if they sell broken items.

Worst customer service ever! The staff is soo rude especially the guy(soo dismissive and doesn't know how to treat customers well)!

This store is not managing covid very well. We waited outside the store for over half an hour with only one employee working. The one staff worker named Clarissa was very rude to us when we were asking to better understand the restrictions due to covid. Probably because she is overworked trying to do ear piercings and run the register by herself. I wouldn't trust getting my ears peirced here with one person managing all that. Cheap earrings are not worth this poor experience!
