Most sales associates are very helpful and polite. They don't push too hard for sales which helps keep the pressure off of us. I recommend Helzberg Diamonds, they provide good quality diamonds and stones at an affordable price.

The lady I had the joy of interacting with was definitely not meant to be in a customer service job. Very confrontational and impolite. I used to like this store, but not sure I'll be coming back with such service standards. I'd rather soend my money somewhere I feel appreciated as a customer
