Not professional the main dentist that owns the dentistry his wife is very unprofessional her English is very broken she answers the phone she’s very rude on the phone I had an appointment there twice took off work came there and could not be seen I was told the dentist was with another patient and it was Going to take a long time. Would not recommend.
To visit Dr. Acosta's dental Office is really a wonderful experience. The most incredible experience is his dental hygienist Angelica Dollesin who not only did the best cleaning and polishing, but also kindly provided excellent mouth health advices that made me just would like to be her patient and to see her again. Dr Acosta is really an expert knowing what I need and making perfect plans filling my teeth under my insurance policy. Not to mention that front desk secretaries and other technicians are very friendly and his office is even using new scanning systems that I have never used before. I wish I could give 10 stars to this office.

So very thankful after calling and speaking to Vang, that I found a dentist with great reviews;) I give Vang, five stars for taking the extra time to call back a second time to verify my insurance status. I look foward to meeting everyone at Acosta Cuevas Family Dental this next month. Great new patient/customer service!
Awful place to go.nnThey had me waiting for an 1 1/2 , laying down, waiting for the dentist to arrive because he was running late.nnSlipped placing a filling in my mouth and cut deep into my gums. Pain for weeks followed because of it.nnFilling ended up falling out about a month later and besides fixing it, they charged me again. Guess what....feeling out again 2 weeks later.nnI think I said enough here.nnAnyone going to this office soon? Well, best of luck to you....nnUPDATE : place is now out of business.
