I dislike how few options there are in store. I shop online with 5.11 almost exclusively because of this. The staff are not very informed.
There are quite a few bags but they are very expensive. The patches are kind of boring and I felt judged when I was wandering with my boyfriend. I love tactical items but the options are quite limited.
Absolutely horrid customer service. The 5.11 staff flatly refused to honor the return policy listed on the website and were patently unhelpful in resolving the issue they created. I’m a fan of 5.11’s products but was surprised by and thoroughly disappointed in their staff’s complete apathy and disinterest in helping a customer. Avoid this location.
Previously had pretty good service here.nnTried to rush in today just to buy some socks (I work from out of town and ran out) and apparently licking your doors 5 minutes before your close time is a reasonable thing to do.nnWe all have jobs and want to go home. They just are apparently lazy enough to think 5 minutes of staying open to their advertised close time is too much to bear.
Great and friendly service. The gentleman that helped my daughter was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure she had what she needed. He was so kind to my grandson and let him try on some hats. We went looking at other stores, and when we came back, he was right there to help us, without a problem, remembering what she had looked at.
