Great customer service. Bought my shoes back in January of 2020 loved them to hell and back. Fast forward to September 2020 busted one of the eyelits clean off the shoe, no questioned asked replaced on the spot. Red wing shoes for life here.nnThank you very much.
Nicholas was a joy! From the moment I walked in the store he was very attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. I went into the Red Wing Store a little bit intimidated and totally unprepared and yet I made it into and out of the store feeling very confident about my purchase in under 20 minutes.
Had bad experiences at this store, on repairs and trying to find the product I needed.

What can I say yes I agree this is a place of chicken wings. But my opinion I think it is way overpriced and the flavors are not really strong and pungent. I was hoping for like a wow factor but unfortunately that didn't happen. Even though the customer service was wonderful. And they do try to keep this place nice and clean. The flavors are not to die for, but I will visit here again.
