If I could give zero stars I would choose that option. We started going here last year, and we were very unhappy after our first appointment. To begin with, we made our first cleaning appointments for ourselves and our son. When we got to the appointments they spent 10 minutes looking at our teeth and then made appointment for cleaning. I was mad at the time as I have never gone to a dentist that requires an appointment for checking teeth, and the an appt, for cleaning. We made the follow up appointments however and they had told my husband that his appointment would a cleaning and a filling, and they didn’t not do the filling and forced him to make another appointment. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt as they were newly open at that point, and we made appointments for cleaning 6 months later. Again, they tried to do the inspection and X-rays and the cleaning in 2 separate appointments. My husband needed a crown and a filling and paid in advance. Every appointment they kept trying to charge him again, and he kept telling them he had paid in advance. 5 months later, we received a bill for additional charges, even though he had paid in full in advance!! Every single appointment we had with them they messed up the billing, charged us after the fact incorrectly. They also tried to force my not even 3 year old to sit through X-rays and got mad at me when I told them no! We gave them several chances and the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but we are done. Would NOT recommend!!!

I love the place! Always the best experience. Thank you so much Doctor Monica and Tanya. I had so much work that had to be done!! Ugh!!!!! They got me thru it. They are the best!

This is a very friendly office and done in a quickly matter. Dr. Alex actually took the time to show her care for my teeth and explained what i needed done. Kailey had wonderful customer service which really matters in this world and makes a difference. She explains whatever needs to be done and even prints in out for you. She even suggested other options if you can't pay, which was really awesome. I lime this dentist and I would definitely recommend! :) ps. They even have t.v. on the top when they are checking your teeth. So convenient! ;)

Got some cleaning done today, and all I can say is I’m very pleased with my appointment!
